Rotherham United vs. Cheltenham Town

Don Valley Stadium

Millers v Robins Preview

Easter Monday sees Cheltenham Town at Don Valley which sees sixth place take on tenth in League Two. The Millers go into this clash still managerless but on the back of two wins while the Robins have won one and lost one of their last two.

The Millers last loss at Don Valley was in mid-March against Torquay while Andy Scott was still in charge. However, the Robins haven't won away from Whaddon Road since their five-nil thumping of Dagenham and Redbridge in February and scored their first goals in six games on Friday.

Vital Quotes:

Darren Patterson - I think Cheltenham have the best midfield in this division. Mark Yates and his staff have done an absolutely fantastic job this season and they`ve got a good mixture of experience and energy and still have a good chance of going up via the play-offs. And, I know it`s a tough ask at this stage of the season but we aren`t exactly out of it either. We`ve got to win the majority of our games which we aim to do, starting with Cheltenham which will be a tough one.

Mark Yates - We'll go to Rotherham and look for a result and it will be tough but we've got a good squad and it'll take everyone.

Rotherham United Team News:

Darren Patterson could hand young Sam Hoskins, on loan from Southampton, a start after he came off the bench and scored the winner on Friday against Wimbledon. Michael Raynes has declared himself fit, but Patto will probably keep the faith with Ryan Cresswell at the back

Player to watch: Ben Pringle

A workhorse who has a mean strike

Cheltenham Town Team News:

Mark Yates will be without Sido Jombati and Marlon Pack who are both suspended - Jombati serving the second of a three match ban and Pack on the sidelines due to getting ten bookings. After coming off the subs bench and scoring on Friday, Kaid Mohamed could earn a starting place.

Player to watch: Darryl Duffy

Scottish striker who joined the Robins at the start of the season and is top scorer so far

Ref Watch:

Colin Webster from Tyne and Wear

Next Fixtures:

The Millers travel to Shrewsbury on Saturday, 14th April where it is a 3.00pm kick-off
