Aldershot Town vs. Rotherham United

Recreation Ground

20 October 2012

3.00pm

Preview - Millers v Shots

Rotherham United make the long trip to the Recreation Ground on Saturday to take on Aldershot Town.

The Millers welcome Manager Steve Evans back to the dugout after a six weeks stadium ban and go into this game on the back of a three-nil loss at home to Southend. The Shots languish in the bottom two of the table having only won two games this season, the last one being at home last month against Barnet.

Vital Quotes:

Dean Holdsworth - Rotherham have invested heavily and are a good side. We know that Steve Evans will be on the sideline and will be passionate. I am looking forward to it

Steve Evans - I don't want this game to be about me returning to the dugout, it's about Rotherham going to Aldershot looking for the win. feel personally under pressure because anyone who knows me knows how much I hate losing. It's a tough place to go but our aim is to go there and be really, really difficult to beat. There's some real quality in the camp and they have several threats in the team.

Aldershot Town Team News:

Craig Stanley (leg) and Ross Worner (back) are definitely out with long-term injuries. Anthony Tonkin missed the last game with illness but could play while Alex Rodman and former Miller loannee Kieran Cadogan, who have both had knee injuries, both played in a friendly mid-week. Other former Millers Troy Brown and Guy Branston are set to keep their places.
