Millers v Bantams Preview
16 September 2017
Rotherham United take the shortish journey to West Yorkshire to take on Bradford City this afternoon at Valley Parade.
The Millers go into this game on the back of three wins while Bradford find themselves in the top six with just one league loss of the campaign.
The Bantams won their last home game three-one against Bristol Rovers with Rotherham beating Portsmouth at Fratton Park.
Stuart McCall - They (Rotherham) have won three on the bounce and put that away day hoodoo behind them. They are scoring lots of goals, but so are we.
Paul Warne - Bradford will test our progress and are always strong at home. And, so far, they've done really well this season. They are in tip-top form but so are we. I'm looking forward to the challenge.
Bradford City Team News:
After serving a one match ban Adam Chicksen is in line for a re-call but both Timothee Dieng and Rouven Sattelmaier are out injured.
Player to watch: Charlie Whyke
Joined the Bantams in January and as well as knowing where the goal is, is also a good provider of a ball
Rotherham United Team News:
Kieffer Moore is only rated as fifty-fifty while Ryan Williams and Jon Taylor will also be given late fitness tests. If Moore doesn't make it then it's probable that David Ball will step up to the loan striker role. Definitely out are Shaun Cummings who is suffering a hamstring problem and Josh Emmanuel with a toe injury.
Player to watch: Lee Frecklington
Skipper Frecks was on fire on Tuesday night scoring a hat-trick but is also just as good at the other end of the pitch.
