Millers v MK Dons Preview
New York Stadium
23 December 2017
Rotherham United welcome MK Dons to the New York Stadium this afternoon when it will be ninth place taking on seventeenth.
The Dons last away game ended in a two-all draw while Rotherham's last home game was also a draw, one-one.
The Millers' last home win was mid-October when Scunthorpe were the visitors with MK Dons last winning away from home in September against their rivals AFC Wimbledon.
Paul Warne - They (MK Dons) are a footballing club. They've got some threats in the side and it will be a tough ask for us and I think we've got to try and get at them early on.
Robbie Neilson - This is an extremely important time because we play so many games over such a short period of time and this will be a tough game.
Rotherham United Team News:
The Millers have no new injuries although they will be without Richard Wood who got a red card last weekend and Kieffer Moore who is serving the last of his suspension. Although Jon Taylor is on the mend this game might come just a little early for him while Darren Potter is seeing a specialist and looks like being out until January.
Player to watch: Semi Ajayi
Delighted the fans with a late equaliser last week and will be hoping to get on the score sheet again today
MK Dons Team News:
Alex Gilbey could play his first game for a month after suffering a knee injury although Ouss Cisse could still be out. Scott Golbourne seems to have shrugged off a hip problem and Osman Sow probably won't make it.
Player to watch: Kieran Agard
Been scoring goals this year and I'm sure would like to score against a former side
