Millers vs. Barnsley

Millmoor

28 July

3 pm

Millers v Barnsley

Tomorrow sees the first of the Millers three pre season games at Millmoor when local rivals, Barnsley, will be the visitors

Millers Team News:

It seems unlikely that Marc Joseph will play as he is still suffering from a virus, Tom Cahill is recovering from a knee operation and Mark Hudson is not expected to be fit either.

Trialist, Kyle Jacobs, is expected to play in mid field and also goalkeeper, Steve Cann, who Mark Robins is hoping to make his eleventh signing, will play some part in the game.

Player to watch: Kyle Jacobs

as this is his chance to shine with a view to joining the Millers on a permanent deal

Barnsley Team News:

It is expected that Barnsley will fetch their first team squad to Millmoor although defender Bobby Hassell is still out with a pre-season knee injury and full-back Marciano Bruma has a broken hand.

Player to watch: Robert Kozluk

ex Sheffield United defender who joined Barnsley on a free this summer.

Next Fixtures:

The Millers entertain Sheffield United in their next pre season friendly on Tuesday, 31st July kick off 7.45 pm
