The Millers travel the short distance into Nottinghamshire tomorrow to take on Mansfield Town in the first round of the Johnstone Paint Trophy
Mansfield can't be expecting many fans to turn out as they have said they are only opening two stands.
Millers Manager, Mark Robins, has said 'We are not attempting to fail in the first round. We need to get back to winning ways to help build up the confidence in the team. We want to progress as far as we can.'
Billy Dearden will have to wait until tomorrow to see if Lee Bell has had the red card he recieved at the weekend overturned. Daniel Martin is expected to start if Bell is banned. Martin McIntosh will be checked after coming off on Saturday with an eye injury
Who else?
Mark Robins said before the draw on Saturday that he would give some of the fringe players in the squad a chance to get some football time under their belts in this game. Stephen Brogan may well start. Andy Warrington, who injured his shoulder on Saturday, is a possibility to be rested but apart from Tom Cahill and Mark Hudson, who both started training this week after injuries, the Millers have a full squad available.
So commanding at the back
The Millers next fixture is at home to Darlington on Saturday, 8 September. Please note: this is a 1 pm kick off
