Red Dragons vs. Millers

Racecourse Ground

15 September

3pm

Millers travel to Wrexham

The Millers will be looking to bounce back after their first League defeat on Saturday and this weekend might be a good time to visit The Racecourse ground. Wrexham are currently languishing at the bottom of the table and have had six players on International duty this week which could just give the Millers the edge over the home side. Saying this, Wrexham will surely be out for a win after not having a game since the 1st September, so this could be a very open game.

Vital Quotes:

Wrexham manager, Brian Carey, said 'I want a high tempo game. I would love people to leave the ground on Saturday and say they saw no shortage of passion and effort.'

Red Dragons Team News:

Danny Williams (back) and Shaun Pejic (ankle) are doubts for the home team and Mark Jones, who had to pull out of the Welsh squad mid week, has trained but is rated touch and go.

Player to watch: Michael Proctor

ex Miller Proctor has scored three goals this season for the Dragons, two in the League and one Cup goal.

Millers Team News:

Both new loan signings, 'keeper Jamie Annerson and much travelled striker Bruce Dyer will travel with the squad to Wales. Ian Sharps (hamstring) and Peter Holmes (foot) have both trained and are in contention after missing last weeks game.

Player to watch: Stephen Brogan

depending on who else is in the starting eleven will depend on where young Brogan plays.

Ref Watch:

Mr Steve J Bratt from Walsall

Next Fixtures:

The Millers next game will be at home to Notts County on Saturday, 22 September and kick-off will be 3pm
