Macclesfield vs. Rotherham United

Moss Rose

2 October

7.45 pm

Silkmen v Millers Preview

The Millers travel to Moss Rose to take on Macclesfield town tomorrow evening having been told by Manager, Mark Robins, to put the defeat and inept display against Barnet on Saturday behind them.

Macclesfield Team News:

According to Vital Macclesfield, Carl Regan could be back in the squad after serving his suspension although Izak Reid may keep him out of the starting eleven. Neil Blackman (knee), Jamie Tolley (wrist) and Andrew Teague (leg) will be missing and there are doubts over Richard Edghill who has a calf problem.

Player to watch: Kevin McIntyre

An old fashioned wing-back who can go in where it hurts.

Rotherham United Team News:

It seems likely that the Millers will be without midfielder, Danny Harrison, who has knee ligament damage. Ian Sharps seem to have no ill effects after his outing at Barnet and will probably keep his place, while manager, Mark Robins, has hinted that loanee Ryan Cresswell will keep his place.

Player to watch: Graham Coughlan

Commanding at the back.

Ref Watch:

Mr R Lee from Brentwood

Next Fixtures:

The Millers next game is at home to Mansfield on Saturday, 6th October and kick off is 3pm
