Rotherham vs. Shrewsbury

Millmoor

24 November

3 pm

Millers welcome Shrews

Rotherham hope to make the game with Shrewsbury their ninth unbeaten League game tomorrow.

The Shrews are in eleventh place which is seven places and eight points behind the Millers and haven't played each other at Millmoor since August 1999 when the home team put four goals past the visitors.

It will be a return for two ex Millers tomorrow, Ian Murdock who was captain in his time at Millmoor and Dave Hibbert who was on loan here last season.

Vital Quotes:

Rotherham Team News:

Derek Holmes played and scored in the reserve game this week after coming back from a broken toe and Mark Robins wouldn't rule out a place for him in the squad. All players are fit though, after the surprise cup defeat on Tuesday, it is possible the manager will change the format

Player to watch: Ryan Taylor

Looking lively and could be ready to bag some goals this week

Shrewsbury Team News:

Although manager, Gary Peters was supposed to be on the look out for a loan striker the deadline came and went yesterday with no new players for the Shrews. Andy Cooke and Jimmy Ryan are still out and it will probably be too early for Ben Davies to get a call to the bench. Ex Miller Colin Murdock was dropped last week and Luke Jones could start again in his place

Player to watch: Dave Hibbert

ex Miller Hibbert has found his shooting boots for Town having got seven goals this season so far.

Ref Watch:

Mr Carl Boyeson from Hull

Next Fixtures:

The Millers next game will be at Saltergate on WEDNESDAY, 5 December and kick-off is 7.30pm
