This game has been billed as United Rotherham Day and the Millers fans will be out in force! A plea by the club for more fans has seen the people of Rotherham come out in their droves and tickets are nearly all sold out. But, we are hoping for a better result than the last twice fans were urged to come as the home side ended up losing both these games (Rochdale and MK Dons). Sitting pretty in third place, Mark Robins' team will want to carry on from their three-one win at Lincoln last week.
Wycombe Wanderers, who currently hold the final play-off position in the table, have been a bit hit and miss on their travels this season winning five games out of thirteen played although they have won their last three. They have a reputation as a footballing side and Paul Lambert's team were much fancied to go up at the start of the season.
Mark Robins speaking to The Starsays - Wycombe are one of the clubs at this level that have a good budget and have some quality in their squad
Chairboys' Matt Bloomers spoke to their Official Site saying - We want automatic promotion and every game is a big game at the moment. It will be a good match to play in with a great atmosphere.
It is very likely that Mark Robins will start with the same team as he did at Lincoln last week although it could be that Ian Ross replaces Ryan Taylor in the starting eleven. Reports from Millmoor say there are no fresh injuries
could well be after another hat-trick!
Wycombe could also be unchanged after their one-nil defeat to Rochdale last weekend although ex Owls striker, Leon Knight, could replace John Sutton
has an eye for goal at the moment and has scored fourteen this season
