MR STEVE COOK from SURREY

Steven is currently in his first full season on the National list of Football League Referee's, and this will be his first Millers appointment.

So far this season he has taken charge of 18 games, showing 43 yellows (2.38 per game) and just 1 red.
The solitary red was for Tranmere sub Craig Curran for a second bookable in the last minute of their 2-1 FA Cup win v Chesterfield at Saltergate last November.
