RUFC - Head-to-Head v Morecambe

This will be the first time Rotherham have been to Morecambe for a league game, although they went in the first round proper of the FA Cup in the 1979/80 season which ended in a one all draw with the replay at Millmoor being won by Morecambe two-nil.

Earlier this season the Millers were three-one winners at home with a penalty from Stephen Brogan and two goals from Jamie Yates after Jim Bentley had put the Shrimps in the lead.

A bit of additional info - Morecambe are hoping to leave Christie Park and be in a new stadium by the 2009/10 season.

I remember that game well, at Morecambe, all the police dogs scared me to death!!

No body told me about Police dogs - I hope there's someone there to protect me!

I'd been bitten by a german shepherd dog a couple of weeks previous Caz, so I just shot to the back of the stand....my feet never touched the floor!!!
rybel_b
So we need someone to save both of us then?
herringthorpe

rybel_b
