MR PHIL N GIBBS from Shirley, West Midlands

Phil is yet another 'new starter' thrust upon the Millers this season, as this is his first season on the National list of Football League Referee's.
He has however spent the last 2 season's reffing at Conference level, and has been on the list of Football League assistant referee's since 2000-2001.
