Mr Graham Salisbury from Preston, Lancashire

Born on 1st November 1962, Graham progressed through the Preston and District West Lancashire League before advancing onto the Football League list of assistant referees in season 1997-98.
He was finally promoted to the National list of Football League Referees for season 2001-02.
