Steven D Cook from Surrey.

Steve started refereeing at the age of thirteen and was placed on the National List of Assistant Referees in 2005 and promoted to the National List of Referees two years later. He has refereed at the Island Games and Surrey Senior Cup Final

Mr Cook was the referee at our game at Millmoor last season against Accrington when the visitors won one-nil. That day he booked three players - Joe Widdowson from Rotherham and two Accrington players.

His assistants on Saturday will be:

SJ Rushton from Staffordshire
I Siddall from Lancashire
