'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Stanley

Andrew Penn from the West Midlands

Andrew started refereeing at the age of 14 and ten years later had made his way through local and Conference League football to join the National List of Assistant Referees. He was a panel referee until 2001 when he was promoted to the National List of Referees.

The last time Andrew was in charge of a Millers game was when we beat Grimsby at Blundell Park in April. Ryan Taylor got the only goal of the game five minutes before half-time. He booked two players that day, Daniel Boshell from Town and the Millers Danny Harrison.

This season Andrew has been in the middle for sixteen games, giving out thirty-four yellows and three red cards.

Assisting Andrew will be -

SP Cummins and RJ Jones, both from Cheshire

The Fourth Official will be -

KJ Mattocks from Lancashire
