RUFC - Ref Watch for Boxing Day

Carl Boyeson from East Yorkshire.

Carl began refereeing in the Hull Sunday League and in 1996 came through the ranks to be on the National List of Assistant Referees. He reached the National List of referees in 2002.

Carl refereed us twice at Millmoor last season, the first time in our two-nil win over Shrewsbury, where Ryan Taylor and Derek Holmes scored and two months later in our one-all draw with Wycombe when Stephen Brogan gave the Millers the lead and Scott McGleish equalised for the visitors. That day Pablo Mills of Rotherham and Wycombe's Thomas Doherty were booked.

In eighteen games this season Carl has given out twenty-five yellow cards and no red.

His assistants at Don Valley will be

RL Johnson from Greater Manchester and
AR Parker from Derbyshire

The Fourth Official will be

S Ledger from South Yorkshire
