RUFC - Ref Watch v Notts County

Mike Dean from Cheshire

Mike was appointed to the FIFA International Referees list in 2002 and in 2007 was the man in charge of Australia v Argentina.

I`ve had to delve back a few seasons to find out the last time Mike was in charge of a game involving the Millers and it was in September 2002 . It was in the first round of the League Cup against Carlisle when we beat them three-one. Andy Monkhouse and Mark Robins put the Millers two up, Brendan McGill pulled one back for the visitors before Paul Warne scored in time added on to send the Millers into the next round against Wolves (yes, it was the 4-4 game!)

This season, Mike has produced seventy-two yellows and seven red cards in nineteen games (gulp!)

Mike will be assisted at Meadow Lane by

JD Stokes from The Wirral and
RJ West from East Yorkshire

The Fourth Official will be

SJ Bratt from the West Midlands
