Kevin is a referee who started refereeing at thirteen within his home county of Leicestershire. His route to the National List was via the Leicester Senior League and Midland Football Alliance before being promoted to the National list of assistant Referee's in 2000.

fter three more seasons he reached the National List of Referees.

n addition to being appointed as 4th Official at an U-21 International, he has also been appointed to the FA Vase Final and FL Trophy Final.

He has taken charge of 4 previous Millers games and remarkably has only shown 3 yellows in those 4 games, and just 1 to a Miller.
