Paul Taylor from Hertfordshire

Paul joined the Football League Linesman list in 1986 and four years later the National List of Referees. In 2006 he was in charge of the League Two play-off final and lists the highlight of his career as when he officiated in a Champions League Qualifier between Dynamo Kiev and Red Star Belgrade

Paul was in charge of our Championship game at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United in February 2005. The Blades won the game 1-0 with a goal from Paul Shaw in the fifty-first minute in front of 18,431 people. Paulo Vernazza was booked for the Millers and Leigh Bromby, Tommy Johnson and Alan Quinn for the Blades.

So far this season Paul has dished out a massive 116 yellow cards and 11 red cards!
