RUFC - Ref Watch v Barnet

R Booth from Nottinghamshire

Russell Booth began refereeing in Mansfield in 1984 and he progressed to the National List of Assistant Referees four years later. He reached the National List of Referees in 2004 and was in charge of the Football League Play Off semi final in 2007 and was also the fourth official at the League Two Play Off Final at Wembley that same year.

Russell has already been in charge of a Millers game this season - the 3-0 loss at Grimsby where he booked Andy Nicholas and Ian Sharps.

He was also in charge of our 3-0 loss at Bury last season (do you see a pattern here?!!)
where he booked Mark Hudson and Ian Ross for the Millers.

In the 2006/7 season he was in the middle for our games at Millmoor when we lost 3-2 to Millwall and when we were trounced 5-1 by Port Vale.

This season he has been in charge of 18 games, given out 40 yellow cards and just 2 red cards.

He will be assisted by

D Buck from Kent and
MT McCoy from West Sussex

The fourth official will be

MD Stewart from Suffolk
