RUFC - Ref Watch v Northampton

OLIVER LANGFORD from the West Midlands

Oliver Langford has his father to thank for him becoming a Ref. When Oliver was playing in a youth side, he had a go at the man refereeing them and afterwards his dad told him off and said that he should try it. Well he did and was an Assistant Referee for three years before progressing to the Referee`s List last season.

He was in the middle for our game at Gigg Lane last season when Reuben Reid and Drewe Broughton put the Millers two up in the first ten minutes with Paul Scott getting, what turned out to be a consolation goal, on the half-hour mark for the Shakers. That day, Oliver booked the Millers` Richie Barker and Pablo Mills.

Running the line on Tuesday night will be

IJ Cooper from Kent
GS Stretton from Leicestershire

The Fourth Official will be

CJ Knowles from Northamptonshire
