RUFC - Head-to-Head v Northampton

Rotherham United, with new Manager Ronnie Moore, travel to Sixfields on Tuesday night.

The Millers will be looking for a first win for Ronnie Moore while the Cobblers will be hoping to improve their League position.

The teams haven't met for a couple of years when both were in League One and Northampton won both games. At Millmoor David Hibbert gave the Millers the lead on seven minutes but Scott McGleish scored in the seventy-fourth and eight minutes later to give the visitors the win. At Sixfields five months later the Cobblers did the double over the Millers and won three-nil.

The last time the Millers beat Northampton was in League One in April 2001 when a Mark Robins penalty on half-time separated the teams that day.
