PN Gibbs from the West Midlands

Phil has been a qualified referee since 1993 joining the National List of Referees in 2008. He was in the middle for the 2007 Sunday Cup Final at Anfield and was the Fourth Official for the Womens FA Cup Final in 2005.

The last time Phil was in charge of a game involving the Millers was in September 2008 in the Rotherham v Luton game. The Millers won the game 1-0 with a goal in the sixty-first minute from Alex Rhodes.

So far this season, Phil has been in charge of twenty-two games, showing seventy-two yellow cards and two red cards.
