Keith was appointed to the FIFA International Assistant Referee List in 2004 and three years later joined the Select Group of Referees list.

Keith was in charge of our game at Don Valley last season against Macclesfield. The Millers won that game two-nil with goals from Mark Hudson, in the first half, and fourteen minutes from time, Reuben Reid. There were three bookings that day, all for Macclesfield players.

Not shy with the cards, this season, Keith has shown a whopping sixty-four yellow cards (eight of them in one game!)and eight red cards.
