Grant Hegley (Hertfordshire)
Grant started refereeing in Hertfordshire when he was fifteen years of age, and was promoted to the National List of assistant referees in 1992, and The National List of Referees in 2001. Has represented the PGMO at The Dallas Cup and was an assistant referee for the 1999 FL Trophy Final at Wembley. He is employed within the legal profession.
