RUFC - Head-to-Head v Cheltenham

Rotherham United entertain Cheltenham at Don Valley on Saturday for only the seventh time in either League or Cup games

The Robins, who finished last season in twenty-second place, drew both league games with the Millers last season. The first game was in September at Whaddon Road when Adam Le Fondre put the Millers in the lead only for the home side to get an equaliser five minutes before full time from Julian Alsop. The game at Don Valley, in April, ended nil-nil.

The most goals scored in a game between these two teams was at Millmoor in April 2007 when the Millers went two-up in twenty-two minutes, with goals from Marc Newsham and Ian Henderson only for Kayode Odejayi, John Melligan and Steven Gillespie (two) to score and win the game four-two.
