RUFC -Head-to-Head v The Bulls

Head to head v Hereford

Rotherham United travel to Edgar Street on Saturday for only the seventh time and hoping that it won`t end the same way as it did three months ago.

Of the twelve times the sides have met before, there have been five draws, four wins for the Bulls and three wins for the Millers.

In May, Hereford caught the Millers in poor form, and probably thinking of Wembley, and easily won three-nil with goals from Mathieu Manset, Darren Jones and Marc Pugh. Seven months before, at Don Valley, Adam Le Fondre put the Millers in front on eleven minutes but, in the final minute of the game, Gavin McCallum put the ball into the corner of the net to give Hereford a point.

The only time the Millers have ever won at Edgar Street was way back in 1977. The score was 3-2 with Trevor Womble getting the only goal of the first half plus goals from Mark Rhodes and Alan Crawford while Les Briley and Dixie McNeil replied for the Bulls.
