'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Bury

GJ SUTTON from Lincolnshire

Gary says the highlight of his career up to now was when he ran the line for the Division 2 Play Off Final between Bristol City and Brighton in 2002. He has also selected by the Professional Games Match Official Board to referee in the Dallas Cup.

Gary was in charge of two Millers games last season, the first being at Don Valley against Rochdale when there was the controversy of the pitch, as it was the Sunday after U2 had played at the stadium. The Millers won that game two-one with a penalty from Adam Le Fondre in the forty-third minute only for Chris Dagnell to equalise on the stroke of half-time. Just after the hour mark Paul Warne gave the Millers all three points.

The last Rotherham game Gary was in the middle for was at Accrington in March where the score wall also two-one but this time Stanley were the winners. Michael Symes gave the home side the lead on eighteen minutes and Josh Walker got the Millers` equaliser ten minutes into the second half. A Jimmy Ryan goal ten minutes from time gave the home side the win.

So far this season, Gary has reffed seven games and has given out eighteen yellow cards but no red cards.

The Officials running the lines on Saturday will be

SP Bennett from Staffordshire
PC Wright from Merseyside

The Fourth Official will be

P Graham from Manchester
