'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Accrington

G Eltringham from Tyne and Wear

After leaving school, Geoff decided he wanted to still be involved in football and decided being a referee was a good way to do that.

Geoff came through the ranks and was promoted to the National List of Referees at the start of last season and he says, so far, that has been the highlight of his career

This will be the first time that Geoff has been in charge of a Millers game.

So far this season, Geoff has been in the middle for nine games, dishing out thirty-two yellow and five red cards (gulp!)

The flag carriers will be …

B Gordon from County Durham
CN Harwood from Manchester

The Fourth Official is …

RJ Jones from Merseyside
