'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v The Gills

O Langford from the West Midlands

Oliver began refereeing at the tender age of fifteen progressing through the Midland Combination and Midland Football Association leagues. He was promoted to the list of Assistant Referees in 2006 and not long afterwards to the List of Referees.

In the thirty-two games he has officiated in this season, Oliver has given out seventy-three yellow and four red cards

The last time Oliver was in charge of a Millers game was last season at the Sixfields Stadium when the game ended three-one to Northampton. Ryan Gilligan, Courtney Herbert and an og from Ian Sharps gave the Cobblers all three points. Adam Le Fondre got a seventy-ninth consolation goal from the penalty spot for the Millers. That day three Town players were booked and Ryan Taylor from Rotherham.

Oliver was also in charge of our game against Bury at Gigg Lane in October 2008. Reuben Reid gave the Millers a two minute lead and Drewe Broughton doubled the score nine minutes later. Paul Scott scored for the Shakers on the half-hour mark but the Millers held on to take all three points. Pablo Mills and Richie Barker were booked that day.

Running the line will be

PE Curry from Northumberland
KJ Mattocks from Lancashire

The Fourth Official will be ...

C Akers from South Yorkshire
