'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Torquay

KA Woolmer from Northamptonshire

Andy has been on the National List of Referees since 2004 after coming through the UCL and Southern League to get there. He was an assistant for ten years, including three in the Premier League, and his major appointments include the FLT Final, FL Cup Final and the Community Shield.

Andy was in charge of our game at the National Hockey Stadium against MK Dons in October 2005. The Millers went into the lead on twenty-four minutes when a long Shaun Barker thrown confused the Dons' defence and in nipped Andy Monkhouse to get his first game of the season from close range. Gary Montgomery, in the Millers net, pulled off some good saves in the second half but was unable to do anything about the Malvin Kamara equaliser ten minutes from time.

This season, in the thirty-five games Andy has been in the middle, he has produced one hundred and one yellow cards and three red cards.
