'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Leicester

Steven Rushton from Staffordshire

This is Steve`s third season as a Football League Referee and he began by showing a red card to Wycombe Wanderers striker Ben Strevens in the final minute of their game against Scunthorpe.

Last season Steve was in charge of two games involving the Millers. The first at Edgar Street last August where the Millers came away with all three points thanks to a Paul Warne goal on the stroke of half-time. Steve was busy that day, booking nine players - Ryan Valentine, O'Neil Thompson, Kenny Lunt, Stuart Fleetwood and Sean Canham from the Bulls and Andy Warrington, Tom Newey, Ryan Cresswell and Paul Warne of the Millers.

The second was in April at Don Valley when Morecambe were the visitors. The only goal of the game was scored eight minutes from time by the Shrimps` James Spencer. The only booking of the game was for the visitors` Phil Jevons.

Running the line on Tuesday night at Don Valley will be ....

David McCallum from Tyne and Wear
and
Jason Whiteley from West Yorkshire

The Fourth Official will be ...

Declan Ford from Lincolnshire
