RUFC - Ref Watch v The Shrews

Lee Collins from Surrey

Lee was only appointed to the National Assistant Referee's Group in 2008/09 but it has been a quick rise through the ranks for the Surrey official who got a place on the National Group Referees list this summer.

Lee was in charge of our game, earlier this year, at Plainmoor where the Millers twice forfeited a two goal lead to end up with a point from a three-all draw. Lewis Grabban put the visitors ahead on three minutes with Ryan Cresswell doubling the score six minutes later. Billy Bodin got one back for the home side on eleven minutes but Grabban got his second and the Millers third twenty-two minutes later. Three minutes before half-time Kevin Nicholson made it two-three. Just two minutes into the second half, Rene Howe got the equaliser for the home side. That day, Lee showed yellow cards to one player from each side - Michael Raynes of the Millers and Torquay's Eunan O'Kane.

So far this season, Lee has been in charge of ten games and has shown twenty-nine yellow and five red cards.

Running the line at Greenhous Meadow will be …

Matthew Bristow from Manchester
and
Mark Howes from Birmingham

The Fourth Official will be …

Stephen Bratt from the West Midlands
