RUFC - Head-to-Head v Stanley

RUFC - Head-to-Head v Stanley
This will be the fifty-second league meeting between Rotherham and Accrington with the Millers having won twenty-six of those games, nine more than Accrington.

The last time the sides met at Don Valley was this time last year when Omar Daley fired the Millers in front on fifty-eight minutes and Adam Le Fondre doubled the lead in the final minute of the game. On that occasion Daley and Liam Henderson from the Millers were booked as were Joe Jacobson and Ian Craney from Accrington.

The last time Stanley beat the Millers on their home soil was at Millmoor in March 2008 when Craney scored the only goal of the game in sixty-four minute and, as the team left the pitch to boos, then Manager, Mark Robins, said he was 'livid and embarrassed' after the performance.
