RUFC- Head-to-Head v Northampton
Rotherham United's last ever game at Don Valley will be against Northampton Town on Saturday with both teams knowing they will be plying their trade in League Two next season. The teams have played thirty-one league games against each other in the past, the Millers having won thirteen to the Cobblers eleven.

Last time out at Don Valley the game ended two all with all four goals being scored within the first twenty-four minutes. Ryan Taylor put the Millers in front on four minutes with Marcus Marshall making it two-nil fifteen minutes later. But two goals in as many minutes (Abdul Osman on twenty-three minutes and Andy Holt a minute later) gave the visitors a point from the game.

The first ever game the two played at Don Valley was in April 2010 when referee, Eddie Evans, had quite a busy time. On sixty-four minutes the Cobblers lost Craig Hinton for upending Adam Le Fondre in the penalty area from which the striker picked himself up and put the resulting penalty away. Eleven minutes later the Millers' Danny Harrison was deemed to have fouled Luke Guttridge and saw red followed by Guttridge himself who got a red for retaliation. Yellow cards were also shown to Pablo Mills and Marcus Marshall of Rotherham and Town's Paul Rogers.

The last time the Cobblers beat the Millers on home turf was at Millmoor in September 2006. Dave Hibbert put the Millers in front on just seven minutes but Scott McGleish scored two goals in the second half to give the visitors all three points.

South Yorkshire Bragging Rights Go To The Millers

Rotherham United's fighting spirit did them well this afternoon after they came from one down in the first half to win the South Yorkshire derby with Doncaster Rovers two-one - but boy, did they leave it late!

Joe Mattock was back in the starting line-up for the Millers with Michael Ihiekwe, who had replaced him last week, nowhere to be seen. Rovers also made one change with Ben Whiteman replacing the injured Luke McCullough.

It was a scrappy start to the game and although Rovers
