'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ref Watch v Burton

Paul Tierney from Lancashire

This is Paul's fourth season as a Football League Referee and last season he was in charge of two games involving the Millers.

The first time was our two-one win over Crewe at the Alexandria Stadium. Adam Le Fondre scored on fifteen minutes with Ben Pringle getting the second on seventy-two minutes. Byron Moore got a consolation goal for the Alex. Lee Bell of Crewe and Ryan Cresswell of the Millers saw yellow cards in that game. Then, just a few weeks later he was in the middle for our game at Vale Park when two first half goals from Marc Richards were enough to give the home side all three points.

Last season Paul was in charge of thirty-six games and showed a whopping one hundred and four yellow cards and eleven red cards one to now Miller Daniel Nardiello when he was playing for Exeter against Charlton.

Running the line at the New York Stadium on Saturday will be

Paul Cook from East Yorkshire

and

Danny Markham from Tyne and Wear

The Fourth Official will be

Christopher Akers from South Yorkshire
